Adorable and easy to apply. Remove the clear plastic layer, put face down on the location you want, apply a wet cloth over the paper backing to saturate with water, and carefully peel off. Tattoo should remain in place. Let air dry. There wasn’t actual step by step directions on the back, but I’ve applied temporary tattoos on my arm before. Lol!!
